Default Startup Programs - stupid question

Sorry about asking, but I need to know and I've simply forgotten how ... I've decided I have too many programs opening automatically at startup on my windows '98 PC, so I need to untick some of the programs ... but I can't for the life of me remember where I find the list of programs. Thanks.

Not a stupid question. However I may get the wrong answer...

I think it is MSCONFIG you are looking for

try START | RUN and in the run/open window type MSCONFIG and press enter or ok. One of the tabs is STARTUP?

If I have put you wrong please forgive.

    Cheers, Babe
