    Default teddy bear virus

    i have received a message from a very close friend warning of a virus that supposedly lurks in the system waiting for a chance to attack.it is a teddy bear icon jdbmgr.exe...is this the real thing ??? or is it another of those hoax virus alerts..

    No, it's a hoax virus. Leave that file where it is.

    See the above link for all the blurb on it and how to restore it if your friend has followed the instructions and deleted that cute teddy bear.

    Reality is, ignore such warnings and don't pass them on.
