    Default Microsoft - Apple Environment

I'm hoping someone can help. We are running a NT enviroment at my place of work. We have a prepress/desktop publishing department and are looking at laying out Macs for them. I've heard you can bring them into NT domains but at a cost of security. Has any one had any success introducing Macs into an NT domain seamlessly or is it going to be a nightmare?

You will need to install the Service for Macintosh service on the NT servers. You can then use Server Manager to create Mac volumes on the server. The Mac users can then connect to them.

The Macs should be able to talk TCP/IP ok, but if they don't you'll need to install the appletalk protocol onto the NT servers the Macs will talk to.
