Default Attention Linux fans - free Linux IDE 4GL

I have been using a Unix 4GL development/run-time system called Appx for several years. It has a powerful data dictionary, database management, forms design, compatibility with Oracle and Sybase file formats, and a Java GUI client. There is now a free single-user version for Linux available from their website www.appx.com. The license allows one concurrent developer/user but you can develop complete multi-user applications which are portable to Windows, Linux, and Unix; the number of users permitted then depends on the site license. There's a well-paid niche market in Asia, US, and Europe.

Thanks but I will stick with Kylix as I have an investment in using Delphi.
