    Default Which anti-virus?

Hi - Been computing for years but just started reading the magazine and found out about this forum I'm currently using Grisofts AVG virus-scanner but was wondering if there might be a better free one out there. I've had no problems with the one I'm currently using but am not sure if its the best - thats all Any suggestions???

    Thanks

If it is free that you want, nothing at all wrong with AVG that you are already using. Personally I am a Nortons AV user but we do have AVG on one of the computers and to date I have no complaints with it and would give consideration to putting it on all the computers as each one gets reformatted at some stage in the future.

    Hi James

You could try trend micros housecall product. www.trendmicro.com. It is one of the free tools listed on the web site.
It is a web based product
We use the trend micro corporate version in the office and that works really well.
They are very quick to come up with fixes for new viruses
