I did. Posthaste manager rang too. I'm calm now....and impressed with my wee cheap camera, it was a good video.

I had to phone PostHaste yesterday regarding a delivery to me that they dropped off in the wrong city (lucky my phone number was on the label, and dropped at a reputable business who phoned me, otherwise it would have been lost completely).
Anyway, the folks at PostHaste were keen to duck any responsibility, and only cared about extracting another fee to pick it up again.
As for the person on the phone, she seemed to be in a world of her own. She mentioned three different unrelated cities before finally claiming to have found the job... would have gone a whole lot better if she actually paid attention to my words.
Anyway, my opinion following all that was to make a point to avoid ever using PostHaste.
Depends, a few years back I was doing a bit of work where I had a fair bit of stuff delivered by NZ Post van. He was great and went beyond his requirements for me. Then I had crap ones as well. You can't generalize on such matters.

they are
CourierPost couriers GPS tracking (they were going to check GPS logs ) was magically not available when they delivered to the wrong address
They even returned my package to china , despite it being logged in their system as 'missing' , they still kept scannning & moving it around & then sent it back to Ch.
