Ditch them.
Save the contacts.....and then if the info is needed, copy the content of the emails, paste into an appropriately named file and save the files.

The only time I keep emails as such is purchase notification emails, and only until the item is here.

Bloody gmail...sneaky.
Give everyone free email originally, large storage etc etc and then when everyone has signed up, and been using it for ages, start with your conditions....

Not my email account and certainly far too many emails saved to do that.

I have a Gmail and an MS account under the same moniker so less of a problem for me.

Just put EMClient in on a persons computer yesterday, that still works fine with their Gmail. They were using outlook 2010.

Yes EM just carried on working with Gmail where as Outlook from office 365 required the account to be re setup.

I installed emclient on the persons PC on friday .
He didnt want to replace the old Win7 PC (he's in his 70's) unless no other optrions

I was impressed with how easy it went , Emclient even asked if I wanted to import old mail, contacts & cal items from Outlook (he had no outlook contacts)
After registering for the free licence , Emclient even detected the registration email & asked if I wanted to use that to activate . nice .
