Weather app has disappeared from Home screen

Good morning, folks.

Phone: Samsung Galaxy A72

I have been using my Weather app on the my phone for a long, long time; even before this phone, my good old Note 5

Woke up this morning, found that the weather app has disappeared from my home screen. That's weird!

Don't remember I did anything to my phone. It just disappeared.

How do I get it back?

Try going into the installed app list, see if its still there (installed) if so you can put it back on the screen, other wise just download it again.

I have searched all over but couldn't be found.

I tried to download it again but couldn't find anything similar in Play Store.

This old man is stubborn and absent minded, too. If I see it, I should be able to recognise it.

I only remember vaguely that this phone's notification pops up briefly saying that it is putting some apps which has not been used for xxx months to 'deep sleep' or something to that effect.
Any clue as how to get it back, if possible?

Personally I don't, they are never accurate. Don't know how many times the Computer says its raining yet hello -- Sunstrike

Stick head out window or go outside.

If Hair gets messed up its windy.
If you get wet its raining.
If the sky is dark grey its going to rain and a possible combo of above
