Is it as rough as sandpaper at that price ?
Or smooth & shiney and useless like in some public toilets ?

Neither.

It is 2 ply not 3, which some people don't like but nice and fluffy like supermarket stuff. Just cheaper.

Actually you usually cant as they keep running out of stock especially the $4 butter, have yet to get any as every time i'm in town about once every 5-6 weeks they don't have butter.
