As a bonus look at the picture and note where the pedestrian crossing is.
Right on the corner so if a bus has to stop for pedestrians it blocks the road it is turning from.

A friends 10year old house, has to be demolished as it was so badly built. Now starting to fall apart
Numerous things didnt meet building regs , yet council inspectors ticked it off.
So , ak council building inspecters didnt bother looking for obsvious issues.
He, and his neighbors (same builder same issues) are suing the council .
So thats my rates paying to fix these houses
These houses are only 10 years old. Need to be demolished .
how is this still happening. councils learnt nothing from leaky home saga
how is this builder still allowed to build ?
