    Default Streaming issue

Was trying to watch Book of Boba Fett EP7 last night and Disney Plus had electronic static and pops all the way through the EP.
I have never heard this before on DP and nothing has changed that could have started it.

I tested it as far as I could on other shows and I thought I heard it on others but to be honest I was really tired so I can't be sure.

I dunno where to start to fix this, any ideas?

    On smart tv?
    Phone
    Apple TV
    Laptop
    PC

Really lacking on details. Also depending on how it's consumed may depend on the path followed to get content. As in the stream for a PC may not be the same as a stream from Apple tv for example.

    Fair point

I use a laptop and I use Edge because it streams better than Chrome for DP and the app is constantly crashing.

Could be an audio stream format that your system is having trouble with. Too high bitrate or something. You can also try changing the sample rate for playback in your sound device settings

Yeah but why would that be a problem now and not for the other 6 eps of that series or anything else on DP up until now.
I have confirmed that is right through the platform also, heard it on all the shows I tested, old and new.

tried again since? it's a very popular show, maybe it was server load or something?

I just watched it in the app with no issues last night myself.

I did some more testing swapped out the cable still had the issue so I swapped out the laptop and no more issue
So looks like there is a issue with the laptop, I can't think what could have done this so suddenly.
