We were going to attend a friend's funeral tomorrow, but because of the 100 person limit, have decided to watch the live stream. Is there any way that we can get this onto our TV rather than watching it on the computer. We are on fibre, and the TV connects to Wi-Fi, where we use Netflix and On Demand.

The connection is by Wi-Fi from the FritzBox about 5 metres away.

As gary Posted - Chromecast or HDMI cable. HDMI would be easier (and cheaper if you have to buy anything) , simply plug into a HDMI port on the computer (assuming it has one) Then Plug in the other end into a HDMI Port on the tV, change the TV over to the HDMI Number and it will act a a big Monitor, if using HDMI it will carry both Audio and Graphics.

Depending on the TV, if it has a Browser, simply log into the location (Vimeo) and watch. BUT do it NOW to test, not 5 minutes before the casting starts.

The other thing you can try -- Open Vimeo, Use Microsoft EDGE ( Or Chrome) -- Right Click - Cast (to Device) - See if your TV shows. If this shows it will be casting /Controlled from the computer.

Sorry, I misinterpreted Gary's question. It is neither, the TV is a Samsung "smart TV", which receives Wi-Fi directly. It doesn't have HDMI.

I find that hard to believe ?? Haven't seen any smart TV that doesn't have a HDMI port, most will have a Minimum of two.

What's the exact model of TV ?

There may be a Vimeo app on the TV, depending on age.
And for HDMI, our old 2008 Panasonic had a couple of ports, it would be odd if yours doesn't.
