    Default Travelling in Covid NZ

Just a small rant. Was looking at staying in Wellington Friday night, but everywhere I tried to book, they let you know afterwards that you need to provide government issued ID, which as I don;t drive, I don't have.
Annoying. Guess I'll be travelling back and forth between Otaki instead.

So we should change to suit you?
A married man should forget his mistakes. There's no use in two people remembering the same thing!

That should be a 'no sweat" drive.

    Or a KiwiID.
My brother got one as he's never had a drivers license and it was a hassle without.

Went for a roadie to Palmy Nth for Carls Jnr a few weeks ago, when that new highway between Otaki and Waikanae is built it's going to be a nice drive.

Right now it's a train wreck.

    .
    wait a mo...
the govt at the time promised us all that the then new Drivers License (with photo) would NEVER be used as anything else (ie a ID card)

times have changed . That was once a big deal , being forced to have drivers lic with a photo (and barcode) .

Birth Certificate is also valid ID .
