just to update the policy generator is the only method that worked
I put the add-on to one machine, generated the Json file then copied this file to the other 3 PCs running FFox
Yes that's right I generated the Json file ages ago and just keep adding it to every new Firefox beta as it is made available when I am ready not when the Firefox update adds itself.

Haha, I knew that idiotic "lets abuse version numbering by giving minor versions their own major version numbers" was a bad idea.
