OK, guys, I just found out that in order to show both, need to turn OFF WiFi Band Steering.

Should I turn off band steering?
As the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands share the same Network Name (SSID), it is recommended to disable Band Steering to reduce the confusion on the Wi-Fi client. Once Band Steering is disabled it is suggested to rename the Network Name (SSID) of the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands to unique name to differentiate them.

I think might as well leave it ON.

Anyway, it's a matter of personal preference.

Sometimes, there's nothing to lose to use some nice, soft words in a negotiation.

Hope the new replacement modem will be at my door in the next couple of days.
Yes, good words work wonders I had a chair replaced that way once... Which broke on the spot. I found the right words and it was replaced. Although they didn't want to.

In theory with band steering on a device will connect to the most suitable band depending upon its location. Mine is on and it has never been a problem. The only thing I have ever noticed is that my phone will switch bands if I move to a different place in the house while actively connected to somewhere via the internet.
