Do a google search for "How to Identify the music playing on a website" there's many programs that can do it. Obviously the more pronounced and better the song playing the easier it will work.

Easiest option is to play it quite loud and use a smart phone with Shazam or SoundHound to identify it

Also as it’s YouTube, quite often the music crediting in the description. Ie that channel you linked to, a video called the slab had music listed.

If it's a song with lyrics, Google search a line from it. Put quotes if you're certain of the words. I just did this and got Tom Rosenthal - I want you in my dreams.

Searched for: hold me close I need you so "I want you in my dreams"

I wasn't sure of the first part exactly so I didn't put that as an exact phrase to search for.

Seems to be the song at the end of the video you linked.

Obviously if the track is instrumental this doesn't work, then you have to rely on something like Shazam.

Chances are on YouTube, someone else has asked what the music is in the comments, and maybe someone else has already answered, too.
