Is it me CliveM or is the dog that is kenjs avatar doing a particular salute?
I remember a Scottish You Tuber being prosecuted for getting his dog to do that type of salute.
Maybe this shows why he thinks the way he does.

A bit scraping the bottom of the "reply" barrel there Jeff. That's an avatar of my 3rd Corgi, little buddy Molly, who died 5 years ago, aged 15.5 yrs. She would be horrified if she thought that someone thought that was a Nazi salute. (I assume that's what you are insinuating)

She is dressed up as a Jedi Knight. A position that not many two legged critters achieve. She is using "The Force" to cloak with invisibility, a "Light Sabre" in her paw. That is what you can't understand, unfortunately that is an attribute some members on this forum have in spades.

Yes, I read elsewhere where a Scientist compared these mutations to inbreeding where they get to a stage where they can’t go on and disappear.

Supposedly they disappear faster than they appeared.

    Maybe there is hope?

Why be surprised? That is exactly what every virus does and always has. They start out deadly but not very infectious and as time passes they mutate and each new variant is less and less deadly but more and more infectious until almost everyone has it but does not become aware of it so effectively it dissappears.
