Default How to reduce file size in Android phone

Is there an easy way to reduce the file size in Android phone?

Some sites suggested to 'share' via email and reduce the size before sending, but I couldn't find any option to do it.

    I am using GMail.

The yes sending it via email can reduce it sometimes. Itíll sometimes ask.

Check if you can edit the photo as well. Maybe it can resize it

    .
When emailing photos ,My Android doesnt give an option to reduce the photo/file size either .

I do get an option to create a shareable link : ie it uploads the photo to the cloud & emails a link to where that photo can be viewed/downloaded from .
Thats how I now email photos from my phone

I presume you want to send more than one photo in an email and your camera is set to [3:4 64MP] This equates to about 19MB, the limit for file attachments on Gmail is 25MB
You can resize a photo in Gallery.
    Select the photo
Select the Edit (Pencil near the bottom.)
Select the 3 dots (top right)
    Select Resize
Select the size you want to send, there are 4 options plus the original (select the option that best suits you)
    Select Done
    Select the 3 dots again
Select Save as Copy, (if you also want to keep the original) it puts a new date and time for the saved photo
Now you can attach more than one photo to your Gmail
I tried this and it works on my A52
