I am looking for a Windows sound theme, and I want something fairly minimalist / simple clean sounds.

I think you will need to find your own. Like the old saying, "one man's meat is another man's poison".

See if you can pull down the Windows 11 sounds- Microsoft did a great job in reducing how shrill they are and simplifying them. Very cozy.
