Went for my second jab today at a Pacific Island jab centre. What was hard case they had a priority lane for the old, fat people in wheel chairs/walking sticks etc and a far queue which I joined. A security guard asked me if I wanted to join the priority queue I guess as I looked old. I declined just as well as the far queue was shorter than the decrepit queue and as it was alternate far and decrepit going in I was well ahead of some doddery old f who arrived at the same time as me.

Got my 2nd yesterday prefect, arm's sore whenever I lift it above shoulder height. Glad I've done all I can do in the meantime to mitigate the risk of serious Covid illness, my eleven year-old dog Stella is really dependent on me and basically doesn't like it if she loses sight of me. I don't know what would happen to her if I wasn't around.

LOL, er...yes, sucks when they do that ay.
I got asked if I had a gold card in one shop a while ago.
I've got quite a few years to go................

Son got sent to hospital yesterday, big drama, just needed a prescription (had it before) but GP made a fuss.
He ended up stuck for 22 hrs.
Cause he sneezed in the queue.............he told them he gets hayfever but no, in isolation, the covid up the nose test etc.
He did comment that perhaps they should give the vaccine, but no, of course not, it's a hospital and they don't do that.

He had to complain in the end, to get his prescription and escape, no meals give the entire time, he's very grumpy now.

The problems we face today are because the people who work for a living are now outnumbered by those who vote for a living.

Absolute madness to open up which is what the National Party would do, Denmark has done this and now has a lot more deaths.
