Think the cat is next, she 19 and not well now, not going to watch her die slowly. Vet visit I think.
Damn 19 years, she's an old girl good on you for not letting her suffer too much. Take care, arohanui

Helen, sorry this is belated; I just visited this forum for the first time in 2 weeks, and only now did I learn of your loss.

Please accept my condolences and best wishes to you and yours. Take care.

Yes, I still miss my buddy Molly who died nearly 5 yrs ago. When SWMBO had packed a sad and wasn't talking, at least Molly and I could have a chat!

My belated condolences as well. I'm about the same age as he was and worked for the Post Office Telecom as well from Dec 16. 1963 until end of June 1999. If you were in Auckland at that time I may have come across him.

He worked from before that to 1990. Airedale Street (ZCX), Wellesley St, various exchanges - Henderson, Mt Roskill, Red Beach and so on depending whether he was doing maintenance or installs.

My condolences too. Just got back to the forum. Do like reading your threads, and recall the chainsaw one and husband if I'm right. As for DIA wanting ex wives info can help in family tree building as I discovered. My GD asked me for ancestry and my GGF 2nd wives descendents helped me...who were easier to trace.
