    I get what you are saying R2x1, and scientist have been puzzled by the phenomenon as well. Since the original common ancestor and before there have been so many generations that evolution and natural selection would have weeded out this occurrence if it did not convey some advantage to the tribal group and larger assemblies of humans if there was not a useful reason for having homosexuals with the other members, so to speak.

    The advantage may be that extra adults are available to protect and school the children whilst others are out hunting, growing crops etc, also maybe different points of view help problem solving when problems arise, who knows. Artistic ability?
