No not really, the found.00x files are often not hidden. I've personally opened hundreds of Customers drives and the 1st thing you see are clumps of found.00x Folders, all in plain view, that's usually a very good sign the OS has corruptions.

System files /Folders are hidden for a reason - all to many times people who don't have a clue what they are looking at try to delete something and everything turns to custard. Some you can delete some you cant.
