    Default Snowballing Out of Control

Depression and anxiety has been present in my life for a while now and it has affected my relationships and work. I get thoughts in my head and it feels like an altered reality where I have hopes of something happening and when it doesn't it pretty much sends me into a fast spiral. I feel like my downward spiral is now getting out of hand. Can you help me? I have no idea what to do anymore.

Only a Dr can help or maybe a Trick cyclist (psychiatrist)

Ok, have you seen a “Doctor” about your condition?

    Get a second opinion.

    What Drugs are you on?

Ok what “Prescription” Drugs are you on?

    How old are you?

These symptoms are quite common. It can be controlled with medication. See a Doctor. The Doctor may refer you to a Psychiatrist. Just do it!
