    Default M.2 SSD Sata connection.

I am not familiar with M.2 SSDs (learning curve) and could use some advice.
I am led to believe that a B and M keyed SSD card is compatible with an M
keyed SATA socket but need confirmation.
Most of the M.2 SSD cards available are B+M keyed.Click image for larger version.

Will a B+M SSD be OK to mount onto my M keyed external enclosure motherboard?
    See attached picture.

This is the narrow motherboard inside an external USB enclosure
to mount a 22mm wide Sata SSD. There are no Mfr or Model
    markings on it. From China.

For clarity: A few months ago I purchased on Ebay what was described as a new fully
working plug & play external M.2 SSD. When delivered I found that there was no SSD
board inside the enclosure - only the 'M' keyed Sata pcb on which to mount the SSD.
On complaining to the seller, He quickly refunded my money and withdrew the advertised
item off Ebay and did not want the item returned. So, now I figure I will use the enclosure
by purchasing an M.2 Sata SSD to mount inside. My posted question relates to the
compatibility issue of plugging a B+M keyed Sata SSD board into the 'M' keyed Sata
socket on the interface board as most of the M.2 SSDs I have seen advertised have two
    keyslots, 'B&M'. See picture:-

OK, Found the answer. The B+M keyed device can be used in all three socket forms : 'B', 'M' and 'B+M'
