I see....managements fault was it.
Right.
I bet they just ran out and hadn't amended their ads....."other reason".
Because they're worried about your feedback...I'd put what you want and not what they want as your feedback....
Ali are quite good at refunds.
I had a refund on one order during lockdown cause it was taking too long.

Is there a way to communicate with AliExpress other than the computer generated Q n A ?
Is there any physical shop in Auckland where I can buy that item?
I don't mind pay a little more to get it.
Haven't seen that exact message but have had the seller ask to cancel an order- they said ran out of stock, gave me the option of a refund or wait a week - Got the refund.
Just cancel the order get your refund and order from another Store. Just looked them up , plenty of others have them as well.

To contact Aliexpress Scroll wayyyy down to the bottom of the pages -- Customer Services ( towards the right of center) Then Online Services theres several options.
Edited: there is a place in chch that sells similar stuff, slightly more expensive but I'll look and see if I can find the place again.

Just buy a decent dash-cam from a local shop...
Then you'll get a high quality product and an actual warranty.
just thank your lucky gods they are being and actually offering a refund. Thats an honest seller , they rarely amit they cant get stock .
Aliexpress has some of thje most dishonest seller out there (not all their seller are thieves)
What some do , when they dont have stock, is to give a FAKE tracking number instead . Ive had that a few times with Ali sellers .
one of current my Ali orders : fake tracking number , and they wont reply to my enquiries. I need to wait months before I can put in a claim .
Also , when buying from China , keep in mind that air & ship couriers from CH to NZ is pretty hit & miss . Its now not uncommon for some orders to be stuck at freight depots for many months , while other orers can get here in
3 weeks.
Covid has caused chaos with air & sea freight.
I have cancelled the order and seller has accepted it.
Since no one is selling this model in NZ, not even Xiaomi agent in Sylvia Park, I will make another order from another seller.
You reckon I should get 32GB or 64GB of memory for the dash cam? The difference is only few dollars.
It's an Xiaomi brand. I purchased the pro thru Indiegogo in August. No problems at all just under $200 nz for the top model. Easy install and works very well so far very clear recording night and day. Clear instructions. Seems you have a supplier problem.![]()
I have never had any problems when shopping with Aliexpress![]()
