I used the Win7 COA key to install Win10 ... I installed and activated OK....

LOL hey if MS still allow the keys then why not, just upgraded a 8.1 to 10 today -- Just downloaded the media Creation tool, ran it selected upgrade this PC-- couple hours later W10 20H2 all installed and running smoooooooth as and fully activated.

Try to use command propt from security mode or download an program that unlock bios password, or at least you can change HDD/SSD and install a fresh OS
