I don't agree, it IS a MS problem if the previous Win10 build worked with the current drivers. Microsoft has broken compatibility with them. They're also the ones who want to force updates on everyone.
Perhaps it's understandable if you are changing between major OS versions eg: WinXP and Vista with significant system changes, but within the same OS (Win10) it does not make sense.
I have never seen this scenario before, where a device that was supported in a previous major version of Windows, was later unsupported on that same major version of Windows.
