Didn't think of that -- Thanks for the Suggestion, will have to try it next time![]()
Bryan, one thing I would never be game enough to do, is play around with anything MS, if I was getting younger by the minute perhaps I would be game enough to fiddle with it.
You name them, MS, FB, Twit, etc all seem to be very unreliable, but they are the best we have. Even this keyboard can't keep up with my fingers, even have to edit what I type, rofl.
Bet that WindowsOld doesn't have the file 32gig hiding in it. Using the program Everything doesn't bring it up.

32gig wasn't the only thing 2004 did lose yesterday.
Had just done a lot of Family History updates from Ancestry.co.uk, well that's gone burger toooo.
Here's a pretty picture of my lappy screen, placid colour scheme.

This is eggshell's update screen on her pc.
Will leave it alone ehhh!!.

I make no recommendation, the decision is all yours. However, I have two PCs and a laptop and they took 2004 without problems at all. But, that was my decision to do it. Yours is over to you.
Good to have at least one computer working properly ehhh.
Got back to 1909 update, so that's good.
unfortunately, I'd bet MS will push 2404 back onto your PC.
MS knows better than us mere plebs .
2402 is still causing issues on some setups. Mainly scan to PC FROM some printers & accessing old NAS's & old server shares (those old NAS's & servers should have been retired long ago though)
1101, thanks for that post.
OOHHHH, is that what stuffed my Canon printer toooo, had to reload MG6250 from scratch.

I don't suffer these frustrations any more! I use Linux Mint, with a copy of W10 in a virtual machine for the very few times that I need it. Auto Update is disabled, and all bloatware removed. Hakuna matata.
