Outlook 2013 new mail arrival - no sound.

I have enabled the sound in options, but there's no sound played when new mail arrives.



I have also enabled it from Windows Sounds:



Any idea?

OS: Windows 10 Pro ver 2004.

on the 2nd screenshoot, if you click 'test' did you hear the sound ?

From googling, Looks like its a commonish issue with 2013 . Suggestions are to create a rule to play the sound .
