Hey, my son broke the VEON remote control, what is a good substitute universal remote? Or can you actually buy these remotes somewhere. I have been online and in the emporium shops but their remotes don't seem to be compatible.

Some smartphone apps will do the trick at no extra cost have a look in the appropriate Play Store.
You can get spare remotes from the Warehouse, I have done that. Beware you must get the correct remote and there are many of them, each tied to a particular Veon TV.

Am unable to find a suitable app on the Apple Store, I will have a look at the OneAll remotes, they seem to be compatible, unless anyone has bad experience with them?

They are about the best universal there is . Ive had a few of them over the years
If One for ALL hasnt got your VEON in their database, it wont work .
Why not buy a new VEON remote from where you got the TV from
Hi 1101, thanks for your post, I had a look at the warehouse website however they don't seem to sell specific VEON remote controls only the OneAll..![]()
Saw this dont know if its of any help ?? https://www.trademe.co.nz/electronics
You take the broken remote into the closest Warehouse and say remote is faulty and you need a new one, they will order it and let you know when it has arrived.
You need to have the exact model.
