Malware assistance

Hi Guys
Its been a while

My son has gotten himself some Malware (I think) that I can't remove with Malwarebytes.

Not really sure what you need any more, its been years since I had to do one of these.

This is what it looks like on screen



And this is the detection, I scan and remove and scan and remove but it keeps coming back.



What else do you need?

Try running Ccleaner, these are sometimes sitting in the temp internet files. Had the exact same thing the other day, ran Ccleaner- problem solved.

If you dont have Ccleaner, if you decide to install it make sure you use the customize option as Avast ( who now own ccleaner) are now adding in their own VPN from the default installs (only appears on some computers)

It's so long since I have done this stuff I can't remember the name of it....you know the one Wainui....post your log the one that just reports running processes, reg entries and browser stuff....it shows everything, you then get a tech to check (here) and remove the dodgy ones.
Better than ccleaner.

Tried AdwCleaner https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

Even though Malwarebytes own it, it is a bit more thorough

It's not rocket science, it's pretty clear.
I can, Wainui can....
In fact there are and were websites you could paste your log and it would tell you.
