Default I've got a problem with my date

    Hi,

On my Mums computer the date is wack. Strickly speaking, its still stuck in the past like now as I am writing this message at 6:25 Windows 10 however is still set at yesterdays date and time which is 5:26pm Friday. The current set up for time and settings is set as: "set time zone automatically" AND "set time automatically"

This is the second time that this issue has happened this year.

Anyone else had this problem in Windows 10 this year and how do you access windows update again from the control panel (if there is an update required for this)?

    Cheers.

Set the time manually and see if it "holds" for a few days.

Updates are run from Start--->Settings--->Update and Security (should be the last item on the list)

Check for updates--->Install all of them--->Reboot (may need multiple reboots)--->set the time back to auto.

Curiously your screen is missing the synchronize your clock portion (refer to my time settings) you don't seem to have the time synchronization part in your screen capture.

Turn the automatic time zone OFF. If in New Zealand set time zone to (UTC+12:00) Auckland, Wellington and also turn on Daylight saving automatically. It looks like your mum's PC is unable to determine
where it is in the world and has its time zone set to UTC (GMT), Greenwich Mean Time in the UK, which is currently 13 hours behind NZ

Have you checked the time in the BIOS?
