Default Microsoft Fixes Windows CryptoAPI Spoofing Flaw Reported by NSA

It's not the least charm of a theory that it is refutable. The hundred-times-refuted theory of "free will" owes its persistence to this charm alone; some one is always appearing who feels himself strong enough to refute it - Friedrich Nietzsche

"Microsoft patched a spoofing vulnerability present in the Windows usermode cryptographic library, CRYPT32.DLL, on ...........Server 2016....... systems."

    That's nice.

Errr No - What it means is its only been recently discovered and the effected systems listed. Bit like ANY patch for ANY OS, there will be vulnerability's / problems that are not known till discovered.

Here's a good example of not knowing a problem, had 4 calls over the last week, people have upgraded their older Linux systems to the latest - ALL the exact same problem - Black screen on reboot- graphics are the cause - so why if the problem was known wasn't it fixed first ??
Update / Upgrades = Replace old bugs with new ones.
