Default What to do in Taranaki

We are taking our motorhome down to Taranaki and would like some recommendations as to the attractions and what you think we should do.

    Your help is appreciated.

Climb the mountain or go surfing, I also hear the fishing is very good.

Sympathise with the locals as they mourn the devastating blows to their local economy caused by the loss of the Oil fields and the dairy industry, both capricious acts of this government.

Pukekura Park is a eye opener but there it's lots of other things that other places don't have

We are a bit too old to go mountain climbing or surfing but fishing sounds alright. Where do you suggest we go fishing?

Thank you for your suggestions, User. We will look into those places.

Thank you, Ken and Lawrence. We have put those on our list.

We have been there before and there was that much to see that we did not see it all so want to go again. Thanks for the reminder.
