Calculating Throughput of Streaming Cameras

I am trying to do calculation on bandwidth usage of IP cameras streaming video feed.
Specifically for Axis camera I see settings of capture mode with few variables:

Frame Rate
Resolution
Compresssion (H.264)

Is there some simple formula on calculating a cameras throughput in Mbps for a given set of values for above variables?
Also is there some tool i can use to stream video feed of camera over the network, which gives me a bit rate of the feed so i can validate
the calculated Mbps

Have attached screenshots of settings of a camera i am seeing. I am trying to find a happy medium for feed quality without saturating the bandwidth.

Its also inconsistent, if you read the article it depends also how how much is being captured, a busy area will use more than a static image ( no movement) Mine are up and down all the time, the actual KB/s are displayed and they are consistently changing.

Thanks Wainui. I had googled and saw the first link you provided. Wasnt sure what 'video quality' represented the underlaying value.

I will look into the second link you mentioned.
