    Default Apps not working

    Hi All
    Toshiba P50. W10
Down bottom right of screen are 4 icons. Outlook, Gmail, PF1, Google chrome. I can not click open the last three. This is coming thro Internet explorer. Why wont the icons open from a normal screen, everything else works ok. Thanks. PJ

Now I am older, I listen but cannot hear.

Have you tried right-clicking each one to see a small list of options?

Sounds as if you have not fully shut them down in last use.

Looked there but didn't see any clues. I do normally shut down apps that appear open. PJ

Sometimes all it takes is a restart to sort out things.

Some apps can be shut down to system tray but are still open, effectively a 'fast start'.
