Got to hand it to Frefox . .

Egg of the year award to Mozilla Foundation for totally messing up with their certificate registering failure. I had been getting a mite peeved with Firefox getting progressively slower, but thanks to Mozilla's disabling of all the add-ons, I returned to Opera after a very long absence.
What a pleasant surprise, it seems to have become much more streamlined and user friendly, so (after a while with Opera) Firefox is gone and my internet goes back to having clean pipes and a great "indoor-outdoor flow". Very swift and steady, and I'm amazed to think it was Firefox that set me on the road to Interwebs happiness. Adblocking and VPN just work cleanly and well.

They did me a very great favour. It's rather amusing that the odd site that still tries to target me with marketing are convinced I'm in many different places. Open Speed has me in Holland, Switzerland and USA so far, but the speeds for VPN over VDSL are far better than I expected, EG, 8.4MBS to Amsterdam.

If you disable all the keep it stuff in Firefox, it's speedy, it slows down cause of the remember where you went, remember logins, keep cookies etc etc.
I have nothing remembered and it's always the same.
Addons, well mine stopped, I applied the fix and away it wen again, as before.

Opera is not the old Opera we all used to love
Its now owned by a Chinese firm, and is based off Chromium.

May as well just use Chrome .
I'd rather have Google spying on my web browsing than the Chinese :-)

Chrome as such is about as useless to me as any M$ browser.

At least FF got onto the issue straight away unlike say Crapple or MS
