Default CFL or CTL Receiver app hiding in PC?

I noticed something like a CFL or CTL Receiver app hiding in a PC when it was shutting down?

Does anyone know what this mysterious software is? Is it malware? If yes, what does it do?

Thanks in advance for your assistance,
    Barry.

Thanks Piroska for your reply. How do I ascertain that CTL and CFL arenít malware or that thereís no malware on my PC for that matter? Iíve got NOD32 which looks for any intrusions. A NOD32 virus scan found nothing.

    Cheers
