Unhappy No sound even with correct drivers installed

Just reinstalled windows but can't get the sound working, the sound icon in the taskbar has a red exclaimation.
It was working before but I lost the drivers.

Motherboard is an Asus PRIME B350M-A
Redownloaded them from the official site: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards...Desk_Download/

Clicking the sound icon brings up this troubleshooting window:

It's not a driver issue, as the second screenshot shows, the driver is fine.

Is it plugged into the right port? Is it configured correctly? Are the speakers working?

What do you mean by "configured correctly"?

I would say she means exactly that.
    Why do you ask?

Being AMD wouldn't be at all surprised if its not configured.

Open The Control Panel, or in Windows 10 In Search type in Manage Audio Devices, when it opens make sure your speakers ( or headphones ) what ever is being used is set to the default Device.

Gently spoken. If he knew what it meant he wouldn't have asked would he? PJ
    Deafness.
When I was younger I heard but didn't listen.
Now I am older, I listen but cannot hear.

If it is not broke, don't make it broker by trying to make it better. (This applies specifically to PJ)

If you scroll down the list is anything plugged in and turned on ?

On mine, at the moment got a set of headphones active:

Check in Device manager, in search type Device manager, open it. As long as theres no errors showing in the form of a yellow exclamation mark and the "Unknown device" then the drivers are OK as well, if there is a problem then the drivers need to be fixed first.

Heres what a healthy Device manager looks like. Closed and clean.

the link you posted that shows the audio, there is no speakers/headphones of any sort connected to your computer so you will not get any sound unless speakers or headphones are plugged into your computer. Sound as in sound from digital media/MP3 or video does not get sent to the miniature speaker in the computer that makes beeps or plays windows log on theme. And if you have Speakers or Headphones connected to the computer then you have to configure and choose as Default which you are using in that Window of the pic you sent. Also, Unless your computer has a dedicated Sound Card with amplifier on it then you will need to have Amplified Speaker system to plug into the Green outlet on the back of your computer. Just connecting a speaker to the sound outlet plug on the computer will NOT get any sound you can hear. Headphones usually plug into a Headphone socket on the front of your PC (or laptop...sometimes sound headphones socket is on the side of the laptop)
and they play sound because it works from a different circuit than the Speaker outlet.

The motherboard has realtek Audio and that's the driver you should have downloaded. All the devices you have shown in your screenshots are AMD display Audio which is for the HDMI connection to a TV or monitor.
If you are trying to use speakers or headphones you need to set the default audio device to be the realtek audio device, might be named something like HD Audio. However I don't see it in your screenshot, is it possible you disabled the onboard audio in the BIOS inadvertently ?
