    The other post --You Can have the computer sign in without a password, all you do it go to the Settings/Accounts/ On the info page that openes about half way down, click on Sign in With a Local Account instead.

    Enter the password one more time, then on the next window, simply leave the passwords blank, reboot, you may need to click the Signin one time but thats it.
    Well on Control Panel I get a completely different window to work with; Click image for larger version.

    Youre in settings / not in control panel date and time. Looks like it on the right timezone anyway
