Default W10x64 Pro v1809...cannot set date/day of week is incorrect and no can make it right

Hi. Have just got W10 v1809 installed yesterday and today I find the time is correct but the day of week shows as Wednesday and its Monday!!
Have been to Settings /Time and Language and tried it from the Time shown in Task Bar but there is no way I can see to set the day of the week back from Wednesday 21st November to the correct day as Monday 21st November. Here is a pic .............damn wrong pic!!! and I can't remove it. I will add correct pic in a reply

It is Wednesday 21st November today LOL.
It's not the least charm of a theory that it is refutable. The hundred-times-refuted theory of "free will" owes its persistence to this charm alone; some one is always appearing who feels himself strong enough to refute it - Friedrich Nietzsche
