    Default Upgrade or Full Version?

Can anyone tell me how I can find out if I have a upgrade or full version of Windows 7 on my computer?

If the PC is working on W7, open a CMD box , type in slmgr -dli <press Enter> wait a few moments and a window will open ( can sometimes take a minute or two) it will have the info as to whats installed.

I don't understand your answer. If you are talking about a store bought PC I didn't know anyone on this site bought one.

Its showing Retail, so basically you can transfer it to another PC, OEM doesn't have upgrades.

Licences sold through FPP are either full licences or upgrade licences. A full licence does not require any pre-existing versions of the software to be on the machine it is installed on, whereas an upgrade licence allow you to cost effectively upgrade to a newer version of software that you are already licensed for.
See the following for details on the versions.
