Speeding up me wifi, if possible

Plug a cable into the Ethernet and you'll probably see better results.

Those things are nasty, with poor WiFi performance at the best of times. Turn off the WiFi on that and get yourself a Ubiquiti UAP-AC-LR.

I can get over 100mbps regularly, through two doors and 20m away at my place. When I'm one room over, with no doors closed, I'll get 250mbps+

Again though this requires that you have an 802.11ac chip on your phone / laptop as well.
