I posted my drama with Baycorp recently. In a letter I received from them today they've backed down, cancelled any future action and removed any defaults against me lodged with credit bureaux. Good decision Baycorp, and up yours!

Well done Greg.. Baycorp is all too quick sending out letters and threatening court action.

To be fair, that IS their job...and they do stop if notified it is in dispute
