Ont and pots

Is there a login and diagnose for the ont like there is for modem?



Pots just died, came back for a sec, sounded all scratchy, then died again.



The net is fine, ph is fine (other than line). PLugged into ont not jackpoint.



Logged it but wondering if some diagnosy thing like with the modem?

Nope, you've gotta ring your ISP, they don't give that stuff out
