Gmail compose screen problem

Trying to help someone with a stupid gmail problem (stupid cos I am stumped!).

She runs gmail within Chrome, as I do, and many others I know, but for this person her compose window has the bottom chopped off so nothing at the bottom, including the Send button. This makes it quite hard to send anything! She does have a lot of drafts, though.

If you click full screen you can get the top half of the send button in view.

Checked screen display and it is 100% with correct res.

Interestingly, I can find others with a similar problem but back in 2012 ish, and no answer.

Interesting. Both Chrome and FF bring up a small screen within a screen for composing email.

Forgot to mention that I have to use Outlook, Hotmail and GMail, seeing that Vodafone have ditched Clear.

Yes, that is what you are supposed to see, except that in this case, the bit at the bottom can't be seen.

Quite often use the ctrl and - keys to reduce sizing ctrl and + to increase screen, especially on this HP Laptop, say no more, lol.

Trying ctrl +- here and it resizes properly i.e. always has bottom stuff displayed as expected.

Try disabling all extensions /Addons, see if it comes right. had that problem in the past as well. Something is pushing the page down.
