Is the latest Mozilla update still compatible with XP SP3?

I have a client who needs the technical manual for a commercial metal detector and their site won't let me in unless I update my browser.

In principle I have no problem with that, but if the update is going to give me problems on Xp I'll have to throw it back on the client to obtain it then send it to me.

Firefox 52 is out today, and it's a landmark release for a couple of reasons.

The release is the final major version to support two legacy operating systems: Windows XP and Windows Vista. Future major versions of the browser will require at a minimum Windows 7.

Your browser or theirs? Can't you get it off another browser on their PC or such?
