What is this strange process in WIN10? Is it malware or not?

Here's what may be a headscratcher for you. I came across this strange process that was running in my WIN10 system. Can anyone identify it and tell if it's malware or not?

Please see attached screenshot which you may need to zoom in to have a proper look at its contents for identifying what the strange process is.

From Hewlett Packard Development Company: HP Support Solutions Framework is a framework for a web-based HP utility that allows you to get your software and drivers. This tool detects HP Printers and PCs running Windows 7, 8 and 10.

From a quick google search, would only be strange if you don't have an HP PC or Printer.
