Can't believe that!! Most Akld sections are crosslease now. Even places with units, or the new terraced housing have their own meters!!

The neighbours would hate me if they had to share. Our winter bill is low but summer, it can up to $140 a month cause of the gardens!

I almost feel sorry for the council (but not quite). They can't legally force the owners to install stuff, so to me they're making the best of what they're allowed to do.
